Sandro was extremely helpful. The electrician originally put the power supply in the wrong positions and they had to be shifted. An additional point had to be added to accommodate the wide window. Sandro explained exactly what he needed, but the electricians buggered it up again. Sandro was put to a lot of extra to solve their 2nd stuff up but he was extremely accommodating and with a lot of extra time fixed the problem. When the electrical company was contacted they basically said it was up to Sandro to fix their stuffup. Fortunately for me Sandro was not of the same ilk as the electricians and with considerable extra work at no expense to me he fixed the problem. (The electricians charged me a 2nd time to fix their original mistake) Very happy with Sandro ~ Brian

Exceptional service and outstanding quality. Almost 2 years after installation with no major issues, I called Sandro to advise that the block out remote blinds are stopping well below the window sill and I asked if he could let me know what to do. Sandro booked me in for the following day and came out on time as stated and he worked out exactly what was wrong and simply sorted out the issue without requesting any payment for his time to rectify the issue. Now that's what I call AAA+ service. Sandro then went and checked all the other blinds and curtains and was extremely happy with how they were still intact with no issues and how they presented themselves. Quality & Service. ~ Danny H
